DR. JAMES T. GRIFFIN
Adjunct Faculty
Dr. James T. Griffin specializes in leadership and organizational effectiveness. He holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from National University, an MBA in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, and Business Management, earned Magna Cum Laude, both from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. Dr. Griffin brings nearly two decades of applied leadership experience as Audit Manager with the New York State Office of the Comptroller, where he oversees professional staff and designs and delivers training on organizational governance and accountability for auditors and government officials across school districts, charter schools, community colleges, counties, cities, towns, villages, and other local governments statewide. His doctoral research examined institutional accountability and educator misconduct in Islamic schools.
